Director of pharmacology and pharmacodynamics

Job responsibilities

1、Responsible for the evaluation of in vivo pharmacology and pharmacodynamics of the company's projects, including experiment design, disease animal model construction, pharmacodynamic evaluation of drugs, biomarker studies, drug metabolism, mechanistic studies, data analysis and compilation and writing of research reports;
2、Responsible for establishment of the department of pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and toxicology, including team building, staff training, establishment and improvement of systems, establishment and improvement of SOPs, and establishment and improvement of in vivo platform;
3、Responsible for assessment, screening and implementation of CRO projects in this field to ensure the quality and efficiency of CRO projects.
4、Participate in project research creation and evaluation. Determine the feasibility of biological activity assessment methods for pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and toxicology of the project and establish SOPs;
5、Responsible for the writing of documents in relation to pharmacodynamics and toxicology for patent application and IND filing;
6、Other tasks assigned by supervisors.


Job requirements

1、Major in biology, immunology and other related fields, preferably with experience in R&D of anti-tumor drugs;
2、PhD with over 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of tumor research;
3、Experience in operation of in vivo animal models, familiar with various in vivo animal models;
4、Comprehensive understanding of immunity-related knowledge and can apply to in vivo animal models for relevant efficacy evaluation and pharmacological analysis;
5、Familiar with Elisa, IHC, FACS and other testing and analytical methods, preferably with in vivo experience related to PK and ADA;
6、Able to achieve significant breakthroughs for existing in vivo platform, with the ability to solve various difficulties in the field of in vivo pharmacodynamics, pharmacology and toxicology.
